I would suggest that you roll back the Windows 10 installation, provided tat it has not been 30 days since the time of installation. To do so, refer to Andre Da Costa’s reply provided in the link below.
If you installation has crossed the 30 days period, then you will have to perform Clean Installation to revert to the previous OS.

The Windows 10 upgrade app popped up on my laptop. After upgrading, my screen turns gray and with some research I found out Windows 10 does not support my Intel HD R graphics card.
